Ancient computer hobbyist who started his mom organize trays of punch cards at home, got a microcomputer with cassette tape storage system, played lots of games on the C64, and then decided to get a computer science and engineering degree. Spent most of my time thereafter program and project managing, but started to get back into making things work as a developer recently. I miss C++ a bit, but node has scratched my itch. Not really interested in configuring things (docker, k8s, helm, etc) as development. Enjoy the creative side of programming and less the making a better pub-sub paradigm. I promise, some day I will read the gang of four book, but not right now.
